supporting healthier, safer, and more resilient communities
Welcome to the East Coast Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force
The East Coast Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force (ECRDATF) is committed to supporting healthier, safer, and more resilient communities across the East Coast of Ireland. We work in partnership with statutory agencies, community organisations, voluntary groups, service providers, and local communities to reduce the harms associated with drug and alcohol use through collaboration, education, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery.
Established as one of Ireland’s ten Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Forces, the ECRDATF plays a vital role in coordinating local responses to substance use, ensuring that services are informed by evidence, responsive to community needs, and focused on improving outcomes for individuals and families.
Our work is guided by the principles of partnership, transparency, accountability, responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness. By bringing together expertise, experience, and local knowledge, we strive to create lasting positive change and support people in building healthier futures.Whether you are seeking information, looking for support services, interested in funding opportunities, or want to learn more about our work, we invite you to explore our website and discover how we are working together to make a difference across our region.
